ACTRESS Sara Rue who has long worked to lose weight, has lost 50 pounds since december through Jenny Craig, the U.S. weight-management company said Wednesday. The Actress is well known for her roles on “Popular”, “Less Than Perfect”, and “Eastwick”. She wil be the host of a new weight-loss reality show on the CW network next year where she will debuting and showing off her new figure.

IN December 2009 Rue joined the program with an initial weight-loss goal of 30 pounds. But in March 2010 After achieving that goal, Rue wanted  to go for 40 pounds more.Rue reached her ultimate goal of 50 pounds lost in july 2010.

The RAPPER of 50 Cent, real name Curtis James Jackson III, hit the prestigious red carpet in New York Friday  for the 2010 New York International Latino Film Festival. 50 Cent was present in the event to promote his new film Gun. Moreover, 50 CENT turned up late for the premiere party after the route to the venue was blocked by President BARACK OBAMA's motorcade.

50 Cent expressed his tardiness like this "It's interesting - the streets are blocked off for a few avenues. We had to go all the way around to get here, but he's the Precedent."

Christiane Amanpour Former CNN correspondent made her first appearance as the new host of ABC News' "This Week" on Sunday  replacing George Stephanopoulos, who left for "Good Morning America" in January. The nearly 30-year-old talk show's new version  only deviated slightly from previous incarnations, opting for pre-recorded interviews (with Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi and Secretary of Defense Robert Gates). The round-table discussion talked about "This Week" veterans Donna Brazile, Paul Krugman and George Will. Amanpour is one of the most known and well-respected names in television reporting, much of the anticipation in relation to her takeover of ABC’s  Sunday show was a direct result of the exclusive mark Jake Tapper left during his shortrun takeover of hosting duties.
